My name is Paul Walton and I have been a California attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 25 years. I represent individuals and families (not big companies) with legal problems. My principal areas of practice are Employment Law and Personal Injury (Injury and Accident cases). In an Employment case, I represent the employee, not the employer. In a Personal Injury or Accident case, I represent the injured person, not the insurance company.

My office is in Fremont but I travel to cities and courts in all nine Bay Area counties. I meet with clients in my office or sometimes closer to where a client lives or has a case going on. First meetings (initial consultations) are always free.

My fees are usually less than what other lawyers charge and I accept personal checks, credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Most personal injury and employment cases are charged on a contingency fee (percentage) basis, so attorney fees come from funds obtained from the other party or insurance company on the other side of a case.
